RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Paint Returns
All custom tinted and color matched paint orders are final sale.
Because tinted paint is custom made specifically for each order, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once mixed or processed. Please review your color selection and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-Tinted Products and Supplies
For eligible non-tinted products and paint supplies, our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Examples of eligible return items may include unopened paint supplies, tools, or accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom tinted or color matched paint
• Opened or used paint products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
• Products returned more than 30 days after purchase
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
We may request photos of the product and packaging to help evaluate the issue. If approved, we will replace the damaged or defective item with the same product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your credit card company, as processing may take additional time
• Contact your bank for further confirmation

Exchanges
We only replace products that are defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us through our Contact Us page for assistance and return instructions.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns involving higher value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without shipment tracking.
